The Toronto Semantic Web Meetup Group is free to join for anyone interested in the future of software technology on the Web using public Web standards. This is a group to meet other local people with similar interests and to discuss applications and implementations of the Semantic Web technologies. 

Our mission is to gather key members of the web development community in order to exchange ideas and discuss the importance of location and geography in the rapidly evolving world of the semantic web. Through demonstrations and lightning talks, innovators and technology tastemakers will showcase how they have leveraged geo-spatial technology for the clients and customers in compelling ways. The Dev Meet Up is best described as a technical and informal social for developers.

We know Toronto & the GTA is such an amazing hub for accessibility and inclusive design, this group is about regularly connecting our accessibility community!
